Functional Movement Rehab
Make the change last in real life.

Functional Movement Rehab is the bridge between treatment and the rest of your life. Using assessment systems like FMS, SFMA, and DNS, we identify which patterns are weak, restricted, or compensating — then build a targeted program of mobility, motor control, and strength work to fix them.
Out of pain. Back to function.
Adjustments and soft-tissue work create a window of opportunity. Rehab is what makes that window stay open. By retraining the patterns that caused your pain in the first place — how you squat, hinge, brace your core, control your shoulder, absorb load when you run — we make sure the same problem doesn't keep coming back month after month.
- A functional movement screen on visit one
- A short, focused program — usually 3–5 exercises, 10–15 minutes/day
- Coaching on the cues and tempo that actually matter
- Progressions every 2–4 weeks as you get stronger
Do I need a gym?+
No. Most early-stage programs are bodyweight or use a single band — designed for home, hotel room, or office.
How is this different from PT?+
Same family of tools. The difference is we own treatment and rehab in the same visit, so the two are perfectly synced.
