Sports injury care is the integrated game plan we build for active people who don't want to stop training. It combines diagnosis, manual therapy, soft-tissue work, dry needling, and progressive loading — all aimed at keeping you in the sport while we fix what's wrong.

Most athletic injuries don't need rest, they need the right load. Total shutdown actually slows recovery and shrinks the tissue you need. We figure out exactly what's irritated, modify your training so it can heal without going backward, and rebuild capacity so the issue doesn't recur the next time you ramp up volume.
- A sport-specific exam — we want to see the movement that hurts
- A modified training plan, not a stop-everything order
- In-clinic treatment 1–2x per week during the acute phase
- Return-to-sport testing before you go full intensity again
Do I have to stop training?+
Almost never. We modify — different volume, different range, different load — so you keep your fitness while we fix the issue.
Do you work with my coach?+
Yes. We're happy to coordinate with your coach, trainer, or PT to keep everyone on the same page.
